About Me

I'm a digital marketing consultant & strategist with over 15 years experience in Marketing. I'm also a wife, mum and a country-dweller having moved to rural Cambridgeshire 4 years ago

Why should you work with me?

I'm always learning but I've been doing this for a while now

I started working in marketing 15 years ago.
I've spent most of my career working agency-side - starting with traditional marketing and comms, quickly moving into digital and culminating in acting as MD for a Digital Design and Experience agency in East London. I have worked cross-market (both B2B and B2C) and cross-sector, advising brands from L'Oreal and Nokia to Dogs Trust, Pearson and Thames Water. 

More recently I have been consulting a training business as a Social Media Expert - helping highly skilled marketing professionals (who happen to be mums) to become independent social media consultants in order to work more flexibly around their families.


I'm not going to tell you I'm the best because who knows!? But I can tell you that I love what I do; and that my strength is in getting to the heart of your business or brand, navigating the needs of different stakeholders and putting a plan in place which is right for your customers but also achievable for your business.

And why do I get so excited about marketing?

Well mainly because I am intrigued by people - their habits, their choices and their routines online. For me, marketing is all about human interaction. You are marketing to people so make your tone of voice accessible, your content interesting and engaging - and most of all, relevant - and your platforms tailored to your target audiences.

I'm passionate about helping businesses and brands to identify, personify and map their customers and to devise targeted and measurable marketing strategies to appeal to the right people.


Those strategies are then adapted to be applied to websites, online advertising and social media by using content marketing to tie your digital strategy together. And what's really great is that once you have implemented the changes you have endless tools at your fingertips to help you to track the success of your marketing. 

By continually analysing your online marketing, reflecting on what's working and adapting your approach in line with what your customers are responding well to, you can start to increase leads and hopefully convert your engaged followers into loyal customers.
